What is Project Delta?
Project Delta is a program designed to provide First Responders in Police, Fire, and EMS departments with stuffed animals for kids in crisis situations.
What are Responder Comfort Kits?
Each responder that requests a "kit", will be given a drawstring backpack containing 5 or more plush stuffed animals free of charge.
Each drawstring bag can be used as an emergency carry-all for a child's belongings, should the need arise.
You can request more kits, bags, and stuffed animals depending on your departments needs.
How did Project Delta Start?
The idea of Project Delta was borne out of its Founder having an excess of stuffed animals due to his autistic son's uncanny ability to beat what is commonly known as the Crane (Claw) Game. It requires a tremendous amount of skill to win at these games, because the animals are typically positioned in a such a way that they are stacked on top of each other or buried under each other. Having mastered the game, his son soon found himself with an excess of these animals. Out of this excess, Project Delta was born.

How can I request kits, and what’s in them?
Project Delta has delivered kits as far away as Hawaii. Reach out to us through this website. We will respond to you and coordinate sending the kits out. Each kit comes with a pull string bag and 5-6 stuffed animals (numbers may vary based on the size of the stuffed animals).
I am in (insert your state). Do you send kits to other States?
Of course! We have delivered kits as far away as Puerto Rico and Hawaii!
How can I help Project Delta?
Project Delta is a 501 (c)(3) charitable organization. We accept tax deductible donations through the donation page on this site. All donations go to creating more kits and getting the word out (i.e. we are all volunteers).
What is the cost of a kit for my department?
Kits are provided for free to each individual first responder or department that requests them. Let us know how many you need, and we will make sure they get to you. The only thing we ask in return, is a picture of the kits with your rig.
